Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It should include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of damage or manufacturing defects, we will arrange for an exchange of the product.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
